Exciting news at Whitmore Cricket Club! We're delighted to welcome Alex Roberts, a seasoned all-rounder, to our 1st XI. Known for his right-handed batting and right-arm quick (Swing) bowling, Alex brings a wealth of experience from his cricket career across England, Australia, and New Zealand.

With a notable history at Essex, Northamptonshire, and Leicestershire, Alex's expertise extends beyond playing to coaching. Having enjoyed local cricket success in Western Australia for a number of seasons, he achieved impressive milestones – leading the run charts in two seasons with averages of 55 with the bat and 19 with the ball.

Currently standing on the brink of a remarkable 50 Career first-grade Tons, Alex Roberts is geared up to leave an indelible mark at Whitmore Cricket Club.

In an additional role, Alex, an ECB Level 4 pro coach, will be joining our junior academy coaching team. His invaluable expertise will play a key role in nurturing the development of our young cricketers, especially those transitioning into our senior cricket teams.
