All Categories are membership only – match fees are not included.
Full Senior, Full Women’s, Full Junior and Concession memberships include access to training; casual memberships do not include access to training.
Pay in full and instalment options are available for Full Senior, Full Junior and Full Women’s memberships.
Instalment options are not available for Casual, Concession or Social memberships.

Any player who has not purchased a membership by 31st May will be removed from all squads and will not be eligible for selection.

Discounted rates are only available if the full amount is paid, or if instalment payments have begun, before 1 May 2026.

Concession Membership Access

Concession memberships (University Students) cannot be purchased directly via the Pitchero shop. They are added manually to your Pitchero account upon request. Please email hello@whitmorecricket.club.

Casual Membership Rules

Casual membership is designed for players taking part on a limited basis. It typically suits Senior, Women’s, Girls-only and U19 players, though it is not restricted to these groups.

Casual Membership Key points:

Valid up to and including the 5th game
After the 5th game, members must upgrade to Senior, Women’s or Junior Academy membership
Training sessions are not included
Match fees are not included

Match Fees – Important Information

Match fees are £8 per game and must be paid through Pitchero.
Membership categories do not include match fees.
Senior & Women’s cricket: match fees apply.
Junior Academy cricket: no match fees charged.
U19s cricket is classified as Senior cricket by the club and will therefore incur standard Senior match fees.
Juniors playing Senior or Women’s cricket: match fees apply for those matches.
All match fee payments must be made via the Pitchero Shop.
Social Membership can also be purchased at the bar throughout the season.

Important – How Memberships Are Assigned

As in previous seasons, memberships will be automatically assigned to your Pitchero account. Members must pay directly from the Pitchero Shop and select the assigned membership. This ensures membership is recorded correctly and activated.
