Training & Match Day Kit Guide

At Whitmore Cricket Club, our image, identity and standards matter. We take great pride in how we present ourselves — both on and off the field — and we have worked hard alongside our sponsors to ensure our club kit reflects that.

Wearing the correct kit is an important part of representing the club. It shows respect for your teammates, your opposition, and the sponsors who support everything we do.

Our Club Kit & Sponsors

Our sponsors play a vital role in supporting Whitmore Cricket Club — from facilities and equipment to the opportunities we provide across all sections of the club.

Because of this, it is essential that:

  • Players should, where possible, wear official club kit for all matches
  • Sponsor logos should be clearly visible and not covered or altered
  • Only approved Whitmore kit should be worn on matchdays

Turning out in the correct kit is a basic expectation for all players.

Match Day Kit Requirements

Players should, where possible, wear the appropriate Whitmore Cricket Club match kit for their team and format:

  • Junior Match Top
  • U9 Stars Match Top (Provided for free by our sponsor for 2026)
  • Senior Coloured Match Top
  • Senior White Match Top
  • Women & Girls Lightning Match Top

Links to purchase/view each item are provided below.

Training Kit

For training sessions, players are encouraged to wear Whitmore training kit where possible.

  • Club-branded kit is strongly encouraged
  • Suitable cricket clothing and footwear should be worn
  • Players should arrive prepared and dressed appropriately

To help manage costs:

  • The junior match top can also be worn as a training top
  • The same applies for our women’s and girls’ lightning match top

Supporting Players & Families

We understand that purchasing club kit can be costly, particularly for families with growing juniors.

If you need any support, or would like to check whether the club has any items available through our kit store, please speak to a coach, captain or any club official you feel comfortable with. We’ll always do our best to help.

Why This Matters

Our kit is more than just clothing — it represents:

  • The identity and standards of Whitmore Cricket Club
  • The commitment of our sponsors
  • The pride we take in being part of the club

We expect all players to uphold these standards every time they represent Whitmore.
