Philosophy & Bio:  I encourage a focus on positives whether it be in defeat or win, working not only on technical skills but also on the mental side of the game. I believe in the importance of instilling self belief, confidence, ownership, accountability and self awareness within the players.

I have the privilege to coach on a private 121 basis many County Age Group players from Cheshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Oxfordshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire & Warwickshire and with players in both Satellite Academies and full Regional Academies.

For the past 6 years I have had the pleasure be the Head Coach at JG Meakin’s, working in the Men’s, Women's and Junior teams. Together we have enjoyed much Senior success and at Junior Girls level have finished as National Finalists with our Lady Taverner's under 13 & under 15 teams… something we aim to go on and win here at Whitmore!

I am excited and ready to go. I will see you all at our First Winter Training session.
