Building on the momentum of our Winter Stars programme, we are delighted to invite your child to participate in Whitmore Stars Spring and Summer Cricket, tailored for our U8 age group. This programme is set to begin on Friday, 26th April at Whitmore Cricket Club, continuing our tradition of weekly sessions filled with cricketing fun and learning.

About the Programme:

Whitmore Stars Cricket offers an 8-week journey into the world of cricket for children aged 5-8. Designed to be both enjoyable and educational, the programme provides a comprehensive introduction to the sport. Participants will receive a Whitmore Match Shirt and Bat, marking the start of their exciting cricketing adventure.

Engaging weekly 45-minute sessions over 8 weeks
A Whitmore Match Shirt + Bat for every participant
Inclusive of all abilities, catering to children with disabilities and diverse learning needs

Our Coaching Team:

Under the guidance of Ryan Roberts, alongside Sara Snape and our dedicated junior coaching team, each session is designed to provide high-quality coaching, fostering skill development and a passion for cricket.

What Your Child Will Learn:

The Whitmore Stars programme focuses on the fun aspects of cricket while teaching fundamental skills such as batting, throwing, and catching. Using child-friendly equipment, we ensure a safe and enjoyable introduction to the sport, encouraging children to feel confident and excited about their cricket journey.

How to Register - New & Existing Member Information:

The programme fee is £80, including a match shit and bat. New members are encouraged to sign up through the Whitmore Stars link: New Member Sign-up.

Existing members should find Whitmore Stars added to your Pitchero membership account and shouldn’t sign up via the above link.

Venue & Schedule:

Hosted at the welcoming Gemini Cricket Ground of Whitmore Cricket Club, the sessions start on Friday, 19th April. This location provides an ideal backdrop for nurturing young cricket talent.
